Forming-Bending
Highly skilled technicians at forming and the precision tools necessary to process close tolerance precision sheet metal bends. A wide range of both standard and non-standard press brake tooling available enabling the production of the most complex sheet metal bends.
Punching
A complete range of turret capabilities from prototype to production runs. Hundreds of standard and custom turret tool shapes combined with on-site tool management and maintenance system.
Hardware Insertion
We have the capability to insert and fix captive nuts, studs, stand-offs, panel fasteners, and more. We also have a vast inventory of PEM inserts to meet every need.
Deburring – Graining
The quality finishing to match a good product.
Engineering
 Our programming staff has extensive knowledge to materialize sheet metal designs on many challenging applications. Our wide-ranging knowledge of the advantages and limitations of sheet metal and tubing, in addition to practical experience are invaluable in very complex design problems. Computer aided technology translates a final design to CAD/CAM files so that the final product is a perfect reproduction of the approved design.
